Main Characteristics:1. UHMWPE plastic pipe with Extremely High Abrasion Resistance and High Corrosion Resistance. It's wear resistance is 4-7 times of steel, 3-4 times of HDPE;2. UHMWPE plastic Pipe can maintain High Impact Strength even in low temperature as -196 centigrade;3. UHMWPE plastic pipe is extremely resistant to harsh environments, acids and most chemicals;4. UHMWPE plastic pipe have outstanding resistance to scale and scale build up;5. UHMWPE plastic Pipe is UV resistant and can be used surface & underground or burried;6. Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) is a linear polyethylene with an average relative molecular mass more than 2.5 million. Its long linear chains provide great impact strength, wear resistance, toughness, and freedom stress cracking in addition to the common properties of PE such as chemical inertness, self-lubricant, low coefficient of friction. Therefore, this thermoplastic is suitable for applications requiring high wear/abrasion resistance.UHMW-PE, also known as PE-UHMW, is a polyolefin resin closely related to high density polyethylene (HDPE) that can be classed as a specialty engineering plastic.  It is an indispensable product in world markets having an incomparable combination of abrasion resistance, surface lubricity and impact strength, combined with the excellent chemical properties of HDPE.  It competes primarily with polyacetal, nylon, PTFE and, in fiber form, with polyaramid, but it also has many markets that are uniquely its own.
